About the author

Revd Dr Christopher Landau is the director of ReSource. He has a doctorate in Christian Ethics from the University of Oxford, and his thesis was published in a revised form by SCM Press as A Theology of Disagreement.

A journalist prior to ordination, he was a reporter for several BBC Radio 4 news programmes, a TV News producer, and latterly the BBC World Service’s religious affairs correspondent.

He has worked in parish ministry in inner London, and as a chaplain to postgraduate students in Oxford. He continues to broadcast on Pause for Thought on BBC Radio 2 and The Daily Service on BBC Radio 4, and is a founding trustee of the Religion Media Centre. He is married to Carolyn and they have three children.
